That the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench has vide its Order dated 20th August, 2019 initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Corporate Debtor and appointed Mr. Ketan Mukhija as the Interim Resolution Professional for the said matter.
That the Company is involved in Agricultural and animal husbandry service activities.
That the Hon’ble Tribunal vide its Order dated 14.10.2019 appointed Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta as the Resolution professional in the said matter.
That the Hon’ble Tribunal after deliberation and consideration appointed Mr. Bijay Murmuria as the Liquidator in the said matter having registration number IBBI/IPA-001/IP-N00007/2016-2017/10026 vide order dated 25th February, 2020.
